We are now expanding our reach and seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and sell industry-leading chemical websites, marketing retainers, and maintenance services.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify potential clients within the chemical industry, including distributors, manufacturers, and ingredient suppliers.
  • Effectively present and sell HEXNET’s website solutions, marketing retainers, and AI-driven services to prospective clients.
  • Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs and challenges.
  • Leverage your knowledge of the chemical or B2B manufacturing space to tailor solutions that drive results.
  • Collaborate with HEXNET’s internal team to deliver proposals, track progress, and close deals.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to foster long-term relationships and ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven Sales Experience:
    3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the chemical industry, manufacturing, or technology solutions.
     
  • Industry Knowledge:
    Familiarity with the challenges and opportunities in the chemical industry is a major plus.
     
  • Strong Communicator:
    Ability to articulate complex solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
     
  • Self-Motivated:
    Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and manage your own pipeline.
     
  • Tech-Savvy:
    Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and virtual communication platforms.
     
  • Goal-Oriented:
    A passion for achieving results and driving growth for both clients and HEXNET.

Compensation

This is a commission-only position with uncapped earnings potential. Successful candidates can expect generous lifetime commissions for every deal closed:

  • First-Year Commissions:
    Earn commissions ranging from an average of $4,000-$9,000
     
  • Lifetime Revenue Share:
    Most of our clients have remained with us for over 5 years.  Earn ongoing commissions on annual maintenance and marketing contracts, typical recurring commissions average $1,500-$5,000 per year for the life of the client.  You are not expected to do any work on the account after the initial sale, however we recommend you remain on as an account manager joining monthly HEXNET calls with the client so you can maintain a relationship, upsell additional services as needed.
